The Southwestern Michigan Home Builders Association  is a professional trade association in the building and remodeling industry building pride in our community.

We are dedicated to educating our members to provide the finest quality home, building, product and service to satisfy the needs of our clients.

Members include builders, remodelers, developers, suppliers, lumber yards, architects, painters, bankers, real estate brokers, attorneys and other building industry professionals.  Builder members must be licensed by the State of Michigan and show proof of Worker's Compensation (where applicable) and liability insurance.

All members must subscribe to our code of ethics, which includes responsibility, honesty, high standards and fairness.
