The Southwestern Michigan Home Builders Association
is a professional trade association involved in the building and remodeling industry.
We are dedicated to educating our members to provide
the finest quality home, building, product and service to satisfy the needs of our clients.
Our members consist of individuals and companies that
are involved with the building industry.
Builder members must be licensed by the State of
Michigan and show proof of Worker's Compensation (where applicable) and Liability
Insurance.
Associate members are suppliers and sub-contractors.
(To be licensed if required by the State)
All members must subscribe to our code of ethics, which
includes responsibility, honesty, high standards and fairness.
